How to review tickets in the Customer support portal
This article explains how to view, filter, and sort support tickets in the Customer support portal. You can filter the ticket list by status to view "All Tickets", "Open or Pending", or "Resolved or Closed" tickets.
Viewing tickets
- Navigate to the tickets page at https://collegial.freshdesk.com/support/tickets or by clicking the "Tickets" tab in the main navigation bar
- The main area of the page lists the tickets
- Each ticket in the list displays its subject, ticket number, creation date, and status
Filtering and sorting tickets
- On the right side of the page, use the "Status" dropdown to filter for "All Tickets", "Open or Pending", or "Resolved or Closed" tickets
- Use the "Sort by" dropdown to organize the ticket list by criteria such as "Date Created", "Last Modified", or "Status"
- Below the "Sort by" dropdown, you can select "Ascending" or "Descending" to set the order of the list
