When trying to sign up with the Collegial platform, you might encounter an error message stating "Invitation not found or already used". This article will help you understand why this happens and what steps you can take to resolve the issue.


Understanding the error

This error occurs for two main reasons:

  1. The invitation has already been used: You may have already completed the sign-up process
  2. The invitation has expired: The link in the invitation email is only valid for a limited time

What to do if you see this error

  • If you have already signed up:
    • navigate to the login page at https://[yourcompanyname].collegial.com. Ensure you spell your company name without spaces, hyphens, or similar
    • contact a learning representative from your company or reach out to support@collegial.com to get assistance if you do not know your company-specific URL
    • enter your login credentials or use the "Forgot password?" link if needed

  • If your invitation has expired:
    • contact your program manager to get a new invitation, if you are part of a Collegial program - such as Leading Digital Acceleration, AI for Business Leaders or Agile Essentials
    • reach out to a learning representative from your company to get a new invitation, otherwise. If you do not know who that is, email support@collegial.com for help
