Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for logging in, whether through Single Sign-On (SSO) or using your email and password. If you encounter any issues during the login process, refer to the troubleshooting section for assistance.
Log in with Single Sign-on (SSO)
- Navigate to your company-specific URL, formatted as https://[yourcompanyname].collegial.com. Make sure to spell your company name without spaces, hyphens, or similar. If you do not know the URL, contact a learning representative from your company or reach out to support@collegial.com
- Click on "Automatic login (SSO)"
- Choose your work account from the list provided and follow the steps outlined on the screen
Note: If the "Automatic login (SSO)" button does not appear, Single Sign-On is not currently enabled for your company. In this case, you should log in using your email address and password instead
Log in with email and password
- Navigate to your company-specific URL, formatted as https://[yourcompanyname].collegial.com. Make sure to spell your company name without spaces, hyphens, or similar. If you do not know the URL, contact a learning representative from your company or reach out to support@collegial.com
- On the login screen, enter your email address and password in the respective fields
- Click the “Continue” button to proceed
Troubleshooting
- If you get a “Wrong email or password” error message when you try to log in using your email and password, double-check your email and password for accuracy
- If you have previously logged in using your email and password but can no longer remember your password, use the “Forgot password?” link. Follow the instructions in this article: Reset your password
