How to find the Learning journey data

TABLE OF CONTENTS

You can find Learning journey data by clicking on the journey title under the Journey tab or clicking on the “Insights” button once the journey is published. The purpose of this data is for admins to be able to monitor participant progress and performance.


The Journey insights page displays statistics for each learning item under "Items" tab and in "Learners" tab you can see the statistics of each individual learner. Each respective tab also reflects statistics from any Sections, including from their respective learning items.


Items

  1. Search for the learning item you want to see the statistics for. You can also filter by learning type
  2. Sort the table based on Title, Learning Type, number of participants started, number of participants who have completed the item, or completion rate
  3. Download the .csv to have access to more data, namely:
    1. Learning item title
    2. Learning type
    3. Learner name
    4. Email
    5. Team
    6. Started
    7. Completion status
    8. Completion date
    9. Last activity


Learners

  1. Click “Learners" tab
  2. Search for the learner you want to see statistics for. You can also filter by status
  3. Sort the table based on Name, Joined, Progress, Status, or Last activity 
  4. Download the .csv to have access to more data 


Note: Updates on the Insights pages may take up to 72 hours to appear.
