Legacy learning item types

Legacy learning items can't be created in the learning journey's UI, but existing items of these types can be added to it. These legacy item  include:

1. Webinars
2. Seminars
3. E-learnings
4. Resources
5. On-demand learnings

The options at the bottom-most page enable these to be:

1. Duplicated,
2. Archived or
3. Converted into our non-legacy learning item type Course
